Hello. I read the official documentation about “bird = crow” and wrote as indicated, but the synonyms still don’t work. The search only works on keywords that already exist on the site, ignoring my attempts to add synonyms.

Yes, the switch to OR is on. Re-indexing the posts did not work either.

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?

I’m sorry, maybe there was a space in the password or something similar. I updated and checked, now the login details in the post above works as it should.

I could access the website now.
I saw on the shared website that you had added semicolons in the synonyms as shown in the attached screenshot therefore it was not working.
I have removed the semicolons and it started working fine.
Could you please confirm it?
