A search form was created, code entered on page, then search form was deleted, then code on page was deleted.
The search form no longer exists, nor does the code that references it on the page, yet somewhere in the deeper layer of code, it must be referencing the form, looking for the form, and the form does not exist.
I tried to recreate the same form, but it will not allow reuse of form numbers that have been deleted.

Please try changing the search form set as a header search as described below.
