No search results

I posted below message 4 months again and just realized the issue is still not resolved. I get an error message when trying to reply to the original post so am re-posting. Have added a screen shot of the blank search results as requested in the reply I got 4 months ago. I also clicked the reset button as directed and that did not fix the issue. Please help!

Hi – I successfully got the search box to display where I want it by inserting the following into a .twig header file:

{% filter shortcodes %}
[ivory-search id=”42584″ title=”Default Search Form”]
{% endfilter %}

…but when I enter any search terms I get a blank search page with no results. I set the form to include posts/pages/media/people and pages and crated an index. Screen capture of form settings is attached. Any idea what I need to do to get it working?
