      We have 4 different Search forms on our site. They were displaying and working properly, but then all of a sudden they all stopped displaying and now I can’t get them to show up. The shortcode is still on each page and as far as I can tell everything looks good.

      Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.

      Please make sure that the Ivory Search plugin is active on your website and that you are using the correct shortcodes.

      Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is not working so I can troubleshoot it?

      It seems the Ivory Search plugin is not active on your website so you have to first activate it and make sure that you are using its shortcode as described below.

      Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?
