Search bar position in my theme

Hello. I am having trouble positioning the search in our top menu bar using Enfold theme. How do I get it so that the empty bar and magnifying glass line up horizontally, and control the height of the full menu bar. Trying this on https://www.staging8.illingcompany.com/. I can show you what the main site looks like if need be too, but the social icon separator lines are supposed to touch the horizontal line above the logo. THanks!
