I’m having an issue setting up the search correctly. Here is the example that I’m struggling with. We have concerts on our calendar plugin. The title of the event is “Centennial Celebration Concert” But if you search “upcoming concerts” or “music concerts” or “concerts” it won’t show up in the search. It will only show up if you type “concert” without the “s.” That’s a problem because the title needs to stay singular put people won’t know to search it singular. Generally, people will type concerts or upcoming concerts. The calendar plugin is called The Calendar Event.

      In the search form:

Under post types, I have selected Post, Pages, Tribe_events (there isn’t anything that needs to be searched from). And I enabled search post titles, post content and post excerpt

In the Category & Taxonomy Terms, I have selected all the category and the Tribe Events Cat

But still, if the person doesn’t type the exact words, it won’t show up. I would think someone could type “Concerts” with a “s” and the event title has the word “concert” without the “s”.

      What am I doing wrong

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Please make sure that you have configured the search form Fuzzy Matching option to Whole and enable the Keyword Stemming as described in the below plugin documentation.
