I set up a fresh multisite install and installed Ivory from the plugin menu option. I do not have the “Ivory Search” selection in my dashboard on the main site, but it is present on the second site dashboard.
When I try to access the plugin setting on my main site through the Plugins option in the dashboard I see a blank page with this error “Cannot load ivory-search.”
I have tried disabling all plugins, changing themes to the Twenty Twenty Four default, the theme being used by the second site and even tried to bypass the dashboard way by going to “https://mymainsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ivory-search”.
Any help with this I would really appreciate. I’m drawing blanks and even tried setting up a new WordPress install with a new DB and the second time was worse where Ivory was missing from both site dashboards, not just the main.

I’m sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
Have you activated the Ivory Search plugin network-wide?
Best regards,

Hi! I also faced a similar problem. But it didn’t turn out to be a problem. Deactivate the plugin for the entire network, and on each new site (subdomain) activate it separately!
But I have another problem on the site. The search does not work on the PC, but everything works fine on the mobile phone. Is there a solution?

Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is not working so I can troubleshoot it?
