      Actually 2 questions:

      a) How to change the word “Search” in the button
      b) in the search box change the words “Search…”.

      At this time we only have the free plugin and are testing it out but we do not see settings either for an individual form or globally in the Settings to amend the above. If we missed our apologies but is the option to change either of the above in the free version? In the pro version? It seems to us this should be a basic setting accessible at all levels.

      Hi Howard,

      I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

      The search form and its placeholder text are displayed by the theme that you are using on your site so you can change it by editing theme searchform.php file in the child theme as described in the following page.

      Alternatively, you can change the text by translating your theme or using any of the below plugins.
