We purchased Ivory Search some time ago before the priority support option was completed, I believe. We are currently experiencing an issue with the plugin and I am unable to enter the license key into our profile because it says it is invalid. We have Ivory Search Pro Plus and I even had the license key sent to our email again to ensure I had the correct key, but the account page still won’t accept it.
I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing.
We are having a temporary issue there that we’ll resolve soon.
