We recently tried to upgrade to PHP 8.4 but had problems doing so. I installed a plugin called Plugin Compatibility Checker, and it says Ivory Search only supports version 5.6. I’m not sure exactly how we’re using Ivory Search; we don’t have forms except the default search form. Does this plugin control the search field on our home page? How can I tell how I’m using Ivory Search? If we’re not actually using it, I might want to deactivate/uninstall it so that we can upgrade to a more recent PHP version.

The Ivory Search plugin supports PHP version 5.2.4 or higher.
It supports all the latest PHP versions so you don’t have to worry about it.
Could you please share me the screenshot of the screen where you get Compatibility Checker warning message so I can help you?
