Hello, I have a woocommerce website with 2 languages, English is the main, and Arabic is the second language translated using Translatepress – Multilingual plugin. Now when I use the menu search, I want to be able to get back the product whether I searched for its English name or Arabic name.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
By default, the plugin searches the products in which the website is displayed.
You have to develop custom code to search for products regardless of website language.
Best regards,

I tried to search in Arabic while the displayed website is also Arabic but I get no results, do you have any idea how can I fix this issue?

Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Also, does the Arabic search work fine If you deactivate the Ivory Search plugin?

Yes sure, the url is, https://camouflage.com.kw
and yes the Arabic search works fine if I deactivated the Ivory Search Plugin
You can troubleshoot using this string = ” هوز “

Could you please try resetting the search form by clicking on the Reset button displayed in the search form edit screen?
If it still does not work for you then would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?
