      Hello – I was wondering if you could advise on a bug I’m experiencing. Currently, when users type in a word to search, thee wheel spins but it no longer shows any previews. It worked fine so far, but I’ve noticed the issue today. Please can you advise? Many thanks!

      I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

      I tested it on your shared website and it works fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.

      Could you please test it by clearing your browser cache and using a different browser?

      Hello,

      Thanks for looking into this. It’s very strange! One minute it works, the next it does not! I’ve tried clearing the cache several times and load it into different browsers with mixed results: some worked, some did not. Does this sound to you like a local issue? It’s not working for one of my colleagues as well. Please advise.

      Can you check the JavaScript console for errors when you face this issue?

      In Chrome go to “Tools -> Developer Tools” and in Firefox you can go to “Tools -> Web Developer -> Console”
