Hello,
I’ve created a custom post type on my site, it successfully appears in the post types menu, and the items in the post type also successfully appear in the ‘Search only selected x’ menu if I select that option.
However if I perform a search on the front-end of the site it always fails to find any results.
Perhaps you have an idea what the potential problem could be?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Please make sure that you have set any search form in the plugin Menu Search settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
Best regards,

Hello, thank You for the reply,
I am using ‘Ivory Search’ the widget and not the ‘Menu Search’,
You can check it out here:I can give you access to the site if it would help you debug.
I am pretty sure that I set up the Custom Post Type correctly, because I made sure to set them exactly the same as I did on my other site, which successfully displays the posts from that Post Type when using your plugin.
Best Regards,

Could you please tell me which post type you have configured to search?
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?

I logged into your website and saw this is happening because of the Translations plugins that you are using on your website because it works fine If I deactivate the Translations plugins.
You might not have configured the Translations plugins settings correctly or there are some other issues because the Translations plugins work fine with the Ivory Search plugin.
Could you please contact the Translations plugins support to resolve the issue?
