      I have multiple issues:

      1) There’s <?php get_sidebar(); ?> and <?php get_footer(); ?> displayed in the backend code, yet on the search results page (search.php) – they do not show at all.

      2) The three social icons in the header will not display.

      3) The Ivory search icon, when clicked, will not display.

      4) When the navigation turns into the mobile view, the hamburger menu will not pop down the navigation.

I’ve attached screenshots to show my issues.

If anyone can help me please let me know

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.

This doesn’t seem the issue caused by the Ivory Search plugin but the theme that you are using on your website.

Could you please temporarily deactivate the Ivory Search plugin and check whether you face the same issues on the search results page?

Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

      Best regards,
      Ivory Search Support

        Dear Ivory Search Report,

Unfortunately deactivating the Ivory Search Plugin didn’t make a difference.

Here is an example of a search results page showing all the issues: https://www.unaansw.org.au/wordpress/?s=test#

If you require my WordPress login details to solve this issue, let me know

I’m also happy to pay for temporary premium support if it helps to solve these issues.

        Thankyou
        Corry

If the issues still persist even after deactivating the Ivory Search plugin then it means this is not an issue of the plugin but your theme.
