By default, the Default Search Form created by Ivory Search plugin manages functionality of WordPress default search.
If you do not want to manage WordPress default search and instead let it be as it is then you can do so by enabling plugin “Do not use default search form to control WordPress default search functionality.” option in the plugin settings page as displayed below.
