You can configure WordPress to search only posts or any custom post types having all the specified categories, terms or taxonomies.
For example you can configure WordPress to search posts having categories ( blogroll, aciform ) and post tags ( article, alignment ).
To configure this, just enable the plugin “AND – Search posts having all the above selected terms.” option in the Taxonomy Terms area of search form Includes section as displayed below.
