Hi, We’re having the issue too. I’ve tried the 5.2.1 version you’ve shared on a couple of other posts and it still isn’t giving us any results when doing searches that used to work in the past.

and if you use the drop-down menus those are all links to searches that should give results.
I also tried putting back version 4.6.4 which was what we had in our last backup, but that doesn’t seem to fix it either. I’m at a total loss as to what’s gone wrong.
Our search is configured to only search portfolio items, if that is possibly relevant.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the plugin.
Are you using a Default Search Form on your website or have you created any custom search form?
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?
