HI,
is there any way to extract search terms for zero result searches performed by user using ivory?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Yes, the plugin uses Google Analytics to track search terms for zero result searches performed by users.
You can enable this feature in the plugin settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise if you have more questions.

Thankyou very much for the answer! yes, I confirm it is enabled and I see events in google analytics.
I am not sure how to query them or how to produce a dashboard to visualize the one with zero result for our marketing department. Do you have any guide? Os any suggestion for an example on event table querying in google analytics?

Ok thankyou, it seems to be a very important feature to have for a search plugin, so it is strange that there is no guide on how to extract a table. Anyway going to study google analytics data query..
