Hi,
I have created 2 forms: one for the Dutch site and one for the English site. Why because i changed the text Search into ZOEKEN or translated the message (like: sorry no results).
In Gallery i included a code (the code of the form). So there i see the correct form.
ONLY when i use the search function in the menu (Main navigation), then i see the default ivoiry or the Enlish version.
It seems that i can change te setting (i see 3 option), but when i click on save he does not save it.
How can i change this?
url: https://webtest.mcescher.com and https://webtest.mcescher.com/nl/ (go to navigation and use search).
In the Dutch version you finaly have to see a search box with “Zoeken”

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I have tested it on my test site and it is working fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Ivory Search plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Best regards,

Hi there,
Ok i tried everything in a test web enviroment (deactivated all plugins) but still i cannot change the form in other version. And testing a multilanguage form and without activated WMPL is difficult. (read not possible :))
SO my quick solution for now would be to use a multi-text: instead of Search… > Zoeken… / Search.
But it still not the solution. The function does not do what you except it will do.So any other suggestions?
I want to emphasize again that this problem only occurs with the main menu (check via hamburger menu https://webtest.mcescher.com/ and Dutch verssion https://webtest.mcescher.com/nl/) and not with the menu on the gallery page (check: https://webtest.mcescher.com/gallery/ and Dutch version: https://webtest.mcescher.com/nl/galerij/) .

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site log in details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?

@Lex The menu search form is not getting saved issue is resolved in the latest plugin version but you can only display one search form at a time in the menu.
You want to display different search form based on the language used and to achieve this you have to develop custom code as this is custom functionality.
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site or WordPress agency.
You can also consider us to develop it for you using the form https://ivorysearch.com/custom-work/
