      Hello

      I get the following error when I activate IVORY Search and perform a search.
      PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 165 seconds exceeded in /home/nicolasdwu/rembcreditfr/wp-content/plugins/add-search-to-menu/includes/class-is-index-helper.php on line 794

      When I deactivate IVORY the search works correctly again.

      My informations :
      wordpress : 6.4.2
      PHP : 8.3.0
      Elementor : 3.18.3
      URL : http://www.remboursement-credit.fr

      I desectivated all the extensions. I switched back to a wordpress theme and same result.

      Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.

      I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the plugin.

      Could you please try resetting the search form by clicking on the Reset button?

      If the issue persists then you can resolve the Max Execution Time Error as described below.

        Hello,
        I did it. I have the same issue.
        I did all actions of the link the last night. Same issue.
        I also deleted the “is_search_form” posts and recreated them when I reinstalled the plugin. All the same.

        165 but whithout the plugin the results are displayed in 1 second.

        I have another site with this plugin and it works fine.

        Can you send me what I need to remove to completely clean my environment of this pugin’s data and files so that I can do a full installation?

        You have to reset all the search forms and just delete the index If you are using it on your website.

        I used the reset buttons on the plugin, deleted the search forms in the Posts table and the metadatas in the Postmeta in the data base. What can i delete in the options table ?

        What do you think when you say “delete the index” ?

        Yes, same issue when I reset the index.
        This part doesn’t work either, indexing starts but never ends.

      This seems your site specific issue.

      Would you mind if I log in to your site and do a quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?

      I logged into your website and resolved the Max Execution Time Error but now getting a “500 Internal Server Error” as shown in the attached screenshot.

      It is your server-related error so could you please contact your host to resolve it?
