(posted last week and just upgraded to the premium version of the plugin in hope that it might fix my issue but still having the same problem, any help is greatly appreciated!)
Hello! I recently installed this plugin on a development environment of a client’s site and I’m having issues getting a certain post category to avoid showing up in the search.
The site URL is: https://wernertkdev.wpengine.com/
In the “Ivory Search” menu, I currently have the menu search settings set to show the search icon in the secondary navigation. I’ve created a search form called “Werner Search” and have it selected.
When I go to edit this “Werner Search” form, I’ve told it to exclude any search posts with the category of “Driver Portal”, however these all still appear when searching. I even tried turning off all posts temporarily but that didn’t seem to make a difference.
Thanks so much for any help!

I hope you are well today and thanks for posting here.
I can see it below.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Ivory Search plugin and see whether everything works fine, and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Also, This can be a theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Twenty Twenty One theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.
Best regards,
