Hi there,
I used your free version of Ivory Search for a couple of days, then we decided to get premium version which I have just purchased.
On activation of the premium version it gives me this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ivory_search_start() (previously declared in /home/carsbits/htdocs/carsbits.com/wp-content/plugins/add-search-to-menu/add-search-to-menu.php:181) in /home/carsbits/htdocs/carsbits.com/wp-content/plugins/add-search-to-menu-premium/add-search-to-menu.php on line 188
After this we have lost the search functions. it works only with live search, doesn’t show anything in search result page but goes to not found page.
check this screen record:Admin Login file is attached.
Thanks

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
On activation of the premium version it gives me this error:
Please make sure that you have deleted the free version of the plugin before activating the premium version of it.
Best regards,

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Ivory Search & wooCommerce plugins and see whether everything works fine, and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Also, This can be a theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Twenty Twenty One theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.
