Formatting of search field keeps changing on home page

Hello,

The formatting of our search field keeps changing on our home page. Sometime it looks correct, and other times it’s formatted incorrectly (see attached photo). This does not happen on any of our sub pages, it’s just on the home page. It changes throughout the day, sometime it displays correctly and other time the formatting is off. I’ve tried refresh and several different browsers.

Any insights into why this is happening would be much appreciated.
