Hi Support
I turned on the ” Display an error for empty search query” in the Options section of the Search form BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE
The issue I am having is when user input keyword and found result BUT INSTEAD CLICK ON THE RESULT LINK, the user press enter on the keyboard. IT DIRECT to a BROKEN PAGE OF THAT SEARCH RESULT
please test by put in keywords ” 12121″ and PRESS ENTERWhat I would love to have is when this abnormal case happened then it SHOULD NOT TRIGGER ANYTHING, this behaviors will help the User to click on the found result Link. I have attached the file that should be DISPLAY WHEN THE USER ENTER”121211″ and PRESS ENTER ON THE KEYBOARD
Thanks for you help in advance
Best Regards
Lynn

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This can be a theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Twenty Twenty One theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.
Best regards,

I could confirm it on your website but I don’t have the theme so I can’t test it on my website.
Could you please share the theme?
Also, do you face this issue only when you enable the plugin “Display an error for empty search query” option?
