Our forms stopped working after installing Gravity Forms’ recaptcha’s add-on in order to use v3 recaptcha. I did the ol “Deactivate all plugins and turn them on one by one” tactic and our form works fine with recaptcha v3 until I activate Ivory Search. It causes the forms to say one of the form fields have not been filled out even when they’re all filled out.
For now, I’ve downgraded to recaptcha v2 but is there a setting in ivory search I can adjust so it works well with recaptcha v3?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is happening so I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,

I don’t see any Ivory Search form on your shared page.
Where are you using it?
You can use it as described on the below page in the section “Display Search Form”.

Our search form is in the main navbar. Our Gravity Forms can be located the Contact page and if you click Book Appointment in the header – a contact form pops out.
As I said, I’ve downgraded to recaptcha v2 for now on the site. I’m just wondering if there is any special setting I should use in Ivory Search’s backend so I can ensure recaptcha v3 will work and there’s no conflicts.

The search bar in your website navbar is not displayed by the Ivory Search plugin.
