I am using Robo Gallery for my images which stores its data as posts. The default Ivory Search form works well but it returns the value in the post_excerpt column but I would like it return the value in “guid” column which is the URL to the image (and present it as a clickable link). How do I accomplish this?

In playing with this a little more, I turned on the ajax search and like it but if you click on one of the results, it expects a page with that name. E.g. I have pics of minerals, so if I search on “Azurite” and click on the search result, it tries to open a page called https://<my site.com>/azurite. Is there something I need to do to my site to resolve that url to a template page of some kind? Or as I mentioned in my original post, it could direct the user’s click on the result to the value in the wp_posts “guid” column.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

The plugin links images with their default URLs.

You have to contact the Robo Gallery plugin support to know whether they have any plugin option to change image URLs.

If not then you have to develop custom code to achieve it.

If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site or WordPress agency.

You can also consider us to develop it for you using the form https://ivorysearch.com/custom-work/

      Best regards,
