Hello,
I have installed Ivory Search on a multilingual website translated with WPML and the search is only done in the default language.
Is it possible to search in the chosen language? Or possibly search in all available languages? - January 10, 2023 at 5:23 PM #14267
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The plugin searches content in the current website language.
Best regards,

Thanks for your answer.
So, the Ivory search deployed in a website with multiple languages managed by WPML should be able to automatically search in the current selected language?
Unfortunately, this does not work for me.
All searches are performed in French, the default language set in WordPress.Do you have a suggestion to fix this?

Could you please share the page URL from your site where the search bar is displaying so I can troubleshoot it?

To be more precise, it is the Ajax search that does not work and does not search in the current language. If I activate and use the search button (the magnifying glass). The result page displays the content in the current language.
You can test the engine at this address :
If you search for the word “Industry”, no results in AJAX.
If you search for the word “Carl” (company name), the AJAX search will display French results. Thanks for your help.
