We have Author Bios, and Disclaimers added to every page on the website, pretty much boilerplate content to serve this purpose, but is there any setting within the ivory search to omit these sections from being displayed in the search results?
I have seen that you can omit the articles from being searched using these fields, but rather we want all the pages on the site being searched, but in terms of the outputted text in the search results screen, it would make more sense and be more relevant for us to not to show the author info and disclaimers in every result.

The search results page is displayed by the search.php file of the theme that you are using on your site so the plugin doesn’t control how the pages and their text will be displayed on the search results page but your site theme controls it.
You can change it by contacting the theme author or consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site or WordPress agency.
