Hi,
I would like order by meta_key,
I add the meta_key in Search Form > My form > search > extra : Search selected custom fields values : selected > client_trie_stock
I selected “Order Search Results” > Meta value num …
I add the meta_key in Setting > Index > Custom field, selected > client_trie_stock
And, nothing is ordered correctly.
What could be wrong ?
Thanks,
Have a nice day.Fabrice

Hi Fabrice,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please try using the Default WordPress Search Engine instead of the Inverted Index Search Engine?
Also, could you please share the page URL from your site where it is not working so I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,

Hi,
Thanks for the reply,I try to use de wordpress default engine, and, it’s ok, the order it’s good… but is so long … I have 15k products, It’s impossible for my client to use the default wordpress search engine, we need Inverted Index.
This is a bug, or feature not implemented ? How to use the order with inverted index ?
Thanks,

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?

I sent you the admin IDs in a private message, did you have time to look?
( So that I can suspend temporary access after your tests, thank you )
Have a nice day,
Fabrice

Thank you for sharing the site login credentials.
Could you please also tell me which search form where are you using on your website and what custom field value I should search to reproduce the issue?
