Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the plugin.
It seems your website specific issue.
Could you please delete and reinstall the Ivory Search plugin?
Best regards,

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?

I logged into your website but didn’t see the error anywhere on it.
Could you please tell me who is sending you the email stating the error?

I couldn’t reproduce the issue on my website and couldn’t locate it on your website so I am not sure why you are getting an email containing the error message.
Do you get this error email after a specific event?
- July 3, 2023 at 7:22 PM #16731
Not that we can tell. We receive the emails almost daily at around 3:00 AM ET. None of our team is working on that site at the time and it’s a staging site so the client doesn’t even have access. Not sure what’s triggering this error.

I enabled the debug log so the next time the error comes around, it should show in the error log file.

I will troubleshoot it more and try to reproduce the issue.
In the meantime, just ignore the error but do report me If you see it anywhere on your website.

Hi,
We are definitely still receiving the error emails almost daily. But I will let you know if I see the error show up anywhere on the site as well.
Thanks.

Any update on this?
Thanks!

I couldn’t reproduce the issue.
Do you have any staging or development website where we can further troubleshoot the issue?
