      Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.

      Have you changed or updated anything on your website that caused this?

      Please make sure that the plugin Google analytics option is enabled on the below path.

      Admin Area -> Ivory Search -> Settings -> Analytics

      Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so I can troubleshoot it?
