      Please try resetting the search form that you are using by clicking on the Reset button.

      @John I visited your shared site but didn’t see any Ivory Search form used on it.

      Could you please share the page URL from your site where you are using it so that I can troubleshoot it?

      If you are not using it then please use it as described in the below page in the section “Display Search Form”.
