Search doesn’t work

Good morning, I have a problem with my Ivory search bar which does not display any results. I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins to check for conflicts or changing the theme, but that doesn’t solve the problem.

I’m using the Ocean WP theme and the Elementor site builder. Unfortunately, as this is an intranet site (in production) and contains sensitive information, I can’t share the link.
