      Hi there,
I noticed a couple of days ago, that the search bar in my menu is not working. Normally the search tab should pop-up, when clicking on the little symbol in my menu, but now it simply puts a # after my url, and it doesn’t do anything else…
I didn’t install any new plugins, though I did update some in the last days, since the search was last working (not sure though anymore, which ones).
Any idea what the issue could be?

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing.

Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so I can troubleshoot it?

Can you check the browser JavaScript console for errors when you face this issue?

In Chrome go to “Tools -> Developer Tools” and in Firefox you can go to “Tools -> Web Developer -> Console”

Find information about how to open JavaScript browser console :

Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors

Let me know what JavaScript errors if any you are getting when you face this issue.

      Best regards,

      Hi!
The url is plantsforlater ( . )com
I checked the JavaScript console and I have actually many errors there, but there is nothing I find related to Ivory Search. Is there any other keyword I should look for maybe?

I visited your shared website and the search bar is working fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.

Please try using a different browser.

Also, please click on the search icon after your website finishes loading.
