      Hi

      I have 2 websites: one Ivory search works in ok and the other where it doesn’t work at all. The search on the navigation appears but when I type a search term, I just get my blank web page and no results.

      I have gone through all of the settings and the only difference I can see is the customer’s email hasn’t been verified.

      Is this normal or am I missing something?

      Please help

      If not then Could you please temporarily deactivate the Ivory Search plugin and visit the above URL to know whether it works fine or not?

      Hi yes it does for me. Because we currently have a holding page up then the general public cannot access it. I can when I am logged into the back end.
