I have installed the premium version of the plugin. I have tried all of the various display settings (default, slide, popup, etc.) and the only setting that will display on the mobile site is the default, and that does not display properly (it’s showing two submit buttons).
I’ve tried activating the search both in the menu and in the header, but neither works.
I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong?
(I’m attaching screen shots of what the default looks like on mobile – the first image shows the search in the site header, the second image shows the search in the menu.)

Please make sure that you have configured a search form in the Menu Search options as shown in the below screenshot.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so I can troubleshoot it?
