first of all, i think the plugins are great and customizable.
however, since my website language is in Chinese, I’m seeing some problems.
i found nothing when i search a “word” in Chinese
but when i search a “character” in Chinese, the result are great.its like if i want to search “jacket” i found nothing, but if i search “ket” i found what Im looking for
please tell me this can be fixed. also the loading time is quite slow, takes about 30 seconds for the result come out. anyway can speed up?

Please try configuring the search form as shown in the attached screenshot.

To speed up the search, please build the index from the plugin index option and use the Inverted index search engine in the search form as shown in the below screenshots.
