      Hello,

      I am using Ivory Search Pro or two of our websites. For both websites I have enabled Google Analytics tracking for searches in the Ivory Search plugin settings.

      For the domain bcmmusic.nl I see in Google Analytics 4 the number of searches and also the keywords searched for coming in.
      The event name is then “Ivory Search” with the keywords as the event_label. (see images)

      But for domain bcmstream.com, I see in GA4 the number of searches, but NOT the keywords being searched for.
      The event name here is “form_start” and I don’t get to see any keywords. (see images)

      Do you have any idea why, on the bcmstream domain, I am not getting the keywords visible?

      I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

      The plugin displays events as below.

      Category – Results Found / Nothing Found
      Action – Ivory Search – ID
      Label – Value of search term

      The plugin doesn’t display form_start.

      Please make sure that you are using the same plugin versions on both websites and configured Google analytics similar way.
