Hello! Searching keywords not showing results if word or sentence includes apostrophes (’) and (&). For example Assassins Creed Origins or Sam & Max. It’s a title of posts. I tried to add tags with the same name, but it’s not solving the problem.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Could you please try setting Fuzzy Matching option to Anywhere as shown in the attached screenshot?

      Best regards,
      Ivory Search Support

I changed it in settings and the problem with the [&] symbol was solved, but this doesn’t help with [’]. There are 3 screenshots uploaded.

To resolve the apostrophes(‘) issue, you have to use the Inverted Index Search and configure its setting as shown in the attached screenshots.

This solution doesn’t work on ios on iphone 🙁 as the apostrophe is defaulted to single quote

@espressivo To help us keep the support thread separated could you please create your own thread for your question instead of posting a reply on others’ thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.

If you want to you can also add a reference to this thread in your newly created thread.

We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.
