      The primary navigation is not showing on the search results page. Navbar-toggler-icon is showing in place of the primary navigation and when clicking on navbar-toggler-icon it is showing the project logo.

      It has nothing to do with the Ivory Search plugin but your theme so please contact your theme support to resolve it.
