This may be some conflicting plugin or due to how much data/etc is on our site, but I am trying out this Ivory Search plugin and while many pages in the setting show up OK, and I can insert a search form on a page using a shortcode, I can not edit any search form nor can I get into the Index tab. The page sites unresponsive until the PHP timeout occurs and I get a 500 error. I do not see anything being logged in our error_log to help track down the problem.

Could you please tell me which version of PHP and WordPress you are using on your website?

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Ivory Search plugin and see whether everything works fine, and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
