I moved my site from one server to another. I exported my forms and imported them into the new site. However, now when I look at my search forms, I have two Default search forms listed and it breaks the theme when trying to edit via customizr. Critical error. If I deactivate this plugin, the site works fine again. I am pretty sure it has something to do with having two of the Default searches but I can not figure out how to reset the plugin or delete the offending form. See the attached and please advise. Simply deleting the plugin and reinstalling it does not fix the issue.

The Default Search Form is deletable by default.
You can delete them by adding the below code in the wp-config.php file of your WordPress install or in any plugin file or in the functions.php file of the theme.
