      Hello,

      I discovered a crashed site with the plugin, updated and now the site does not crash but some issues remain.

      1. The popup setting does not work properly on the frontend. I can’t see the form field and button.

      2. In the backend I can’t access the Search Forms:
      “This page isn’t working dev.local redirected you too many times.
      Try clearing your cookies.
      ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”

      Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.

      I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the plugin.

      Do you get any error messages?

      Could you please tell me which version of PHP & WordPress you are using on your website and if possible please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
