I keep running into Ajax search errors with Ivory search.. you can search once, then it errors out and will just show the ajax loading indicator – you have to refresh the page to get past the error and search again (see https://loebequipment.com)
Another error I’m getting is this:
Uncaught TypeError: Invalid value used as weak map key at WeakMap.set (<anonymous>) at t.e.init (ivory-ajax-search.min.js?x79717&ver=4.6.5:1) at new t (ivory-ajax-search.min.js?x79717&ver=4.6.5:1) at Object.success (ivory-ajax-search.min.js?x79717&ver=4.6.5:1) at c (jquery.min.js?x79717&ver=3.6.0:2) at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.min.js?x79717&ver=3.6.0:2) at l (jquery.min.js?x79717&ver=3.6.0:2) at XMLHttpRequest.<anonymous> (jquery.min.js?x79717&ver=3.6.0:2) e.init @ ivory-ajax-search.min.js?x79717&ver=4.6.5:1 t @ ivory-ajax-search.min.js?x79717&ver=4.6.5:1 success @ ivory-ajax-search.min.js?x79717&ver=4.6.5:1 c @ jquery.min.js?x79717&ver=3.6.0:2 fireWith @ jquery.min.js?x79717&ver=3.6.0:2 l @ jquery.min.js?x79717&ver=3.6.0:2 (anonymous) @ jquery.min.js?x79717&ver=3.6.0:2 load (async) send @ jquery.min.js?x79717&ver=3.6.0:2 ajax @ jquery.min.js?x79717&ver=3.6.0:2 s.ajax.s.ajax @ jquery-migrate.min.js?x79717&ver=3.3.2:2 a @ ivory-ajax-search.min.js?x79717&ver=4.6.5:1 (anonymous) @ ivory-ajax-search.min.js?x79717&ver=4.6.5:1 setTimeout (async) (anonymous) @ ivory-ajax-search.min.js?x79717&ver=4.6.5:1 dispatch @ jquery.min.js?x79717&ver=3.6.0:2 v.handle @ jquery.min.js?x79717&ver=3.6.0:2
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
I could confirm the issue on your website but I have tested it on my demo site here https://demo.ivorysearch.com/ and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Ivory Search plugin.
Could you please clear and temporarily deactivate the W3 Total Cache that you are using on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?
Which version of WordPress are you using?
Best regards,

Also, we have priority support based on our license,.. but haven’t heard back from that request.. do you want to move this over to that forum.

OK
You don’t need to move the support topic now.
Could you please add the below code in the wp-config.php file and notify me so that the plugin ivory-ajax-search.js file will be used which is more readable?
define( 'IS_DEBUG', true );

All set. define( ‘IS_DEBUG’, true ); has been added to the wp-config file.

I could find out the bottleneck of the error on your website but could not reproduce it on my website.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and fix it? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?
