      I am trying to update Ivory Search to version 4.4.8 and I get this error:

      Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file ‘/tmp/add-search-to-menu.4.4.8-5H8on4.tmp’

      How do I fix this please and thank you!!
