Hi Team,
I use Ivory search on my site, the search is working perfectly foe searches containing 1 keyword(for example Switchtech) but the search does not work when the keywords are separated by a space (Example : Switch tech). Can you please help?
I configured the options to search any of the word, but still it does not work for all composed searches
Regards

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share the page URL from your site where the search form is displaying so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,

Thanks for the feedback. This settings were already activated when I discovered the issue as you can see on the screenshots. What could be the problem? Any other solution?

It seems like the multiple term search is not working. Maybe that can help you solve the issue?

This can be a theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Twenty Twenty One theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.

I changed the theme to twenty twenty one but the problem is still here(see attachment) . As usual working for 1 word but not working for multiple words. Any other thoughts?

This can also be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Ivory Search plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
If it is not plugin conflict then would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?
