Yes, we have just moved the website to another hosting and we will still have the old one active until December 3rd. We are going to install Twenty-Twenty right now and let you know if the search engine works 100%.

We just tested it and yes, the search engine works perfectly with the Twenty-Twenty theme.

The problem is what we were telling you, that at this point we can’t change the theme 🙁

We are going to leave the Twenty-Twenty theme active so you can take a look at it.

Hopefully you can help us find the problem and fix it with the theme we have installed.

    Thank you very much! 😉

Thank you very much for your quick response 🙂

At this moment we can’t do the test you are asking us to do, because we are about to launch our project to the market and at this stage we can’t change the theme or modify it. Unfortunately, Ivory Search is the only plugin that does not work 100% on our installation.

We are so happy with how it works on Windows and Android devices that we are considering buying the paid version, but the fact that it doesn’t work for us on macOS iOS is a big problem.

We would be very grateful if you could help us to detect and fix the problem.

    Have a great day!! 😉

Thank you very much for your time!!!!

I am sorry, but I did not receive any mail notifying me of the response. I just read your reply.

I am attaching screenshot of the problem and a small video, as the screenshot only shows the design problem of the search button.

As you can see in the video, I type in the search field, but the text does not appear, and when I press the search button, all the results appear in general, without a search filter.

Thank you very much for your help 😉
