    Update: I just deactivated the Themify Builder plugin, and my problem with Ivory Search results persists. I have also deactivated my two other search plugins, which happen to be: 1) WP AutoSearch and 2) PTB Search (by Themify).

    Here is a simple search page, where I have set Ivory Search to include just Pages (not Posts or other custom post types), and to limit the results to 5. Enter “kokanee” on this page and view the results:

    As you see, you get 12 results, and the results include Posts and a custom post type called “Curriculum-Docs”. Whether I disable the Themify Builder plugin or not, I get these same results.

    I am very happy to purchase the paid version of Ivory Search for our site. I just need to ensure that it will work. 🙂

    I also am trying to get Ivory Search to work with Themify with no success. The search results simply present every match to the search string, instead of applying the includes and excludes of Ivory Search. It’s pretty frustrating to hear that the Themify Builder Pro plugin is causing the problem. Did you reach out to Themify? If so, what did they say? I plan to write to them today, but need to know what you’ve learned so far.
