      Hi there
      I recently added this search plugin to my website http://www.mumcentral.com.au.
      unfortunately, I cannot get the media to stop showing up in searches.
      I have unticked the media option in the post types but to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

      I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

      It is not media but the featured images displayed in the search results of your website.

      You can hide them by adding the below CSS code in the Custom CSS option of Ivory Search plugin settings on the path Admin Area -> Ivory Search -> Settings -> Settings

      .search-results article .post-thumb {
    display: none;
}
