If you are still facing the issue then would you mind if I log in to your site and do a quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?
I searched “Australia” on your website and got the search results below, which means it displays search results on your website.

Also, Please ensure you have configured a search form in the Menu Search options as shown in the screenshot below.

You need to configure the search form shown in the attached screenshot to search custom fields and return the posts of the matched custom fields.
No, the cache shouldn’t affect the search, but you can test it by temporarily deactivating it.
